It’s about time somebody talks about the mythical gangbang. On TV, you can only find gangbanging if it’s a movie on BET or a dark HBO lesbian drama.
Tuesday’s episode of “Inside Amy Schumer” starts with Schumer attempting to prove that women are independent and aren’t objects.
Her method of proving this argument is through artistic gangbanging. Unfortunately for Amy, all the guys that show up look like their name is Red and they drive trucks for a living.
Amy takes us to the center of her friends’ bachelorette party where rubber surpasses tupperware and every gift happens to be battery operated.
And Tig has cancer! This skit is kind of an inside joke. Schumer learns that one of her writers has cancer, so she fabricates excuses to get out of her responsibilities. After an assistant unfolds her ruse, Schumer is forced into guest spots for her writer’s podcasts.
The only highlight of the show is Schumer’s interview with a dominatrix who says one of the craziest requests she’s ever got was castration. Schumer also asks the dominatrix what the most expensive thing a client ever bought was. When Schumer learns that masochism can lead to a free house she has an arresting development.
“I will shit on anyone in this room, just for a ranch in Florida.”
Maybe if I was a girl I would like the show more, but so far it’s getting a little repetitive and vaginal. I’m having a much better time watching O’Reilly and Stewart going at it on “The Daily Show.”
